Fried Egg Sandwich

Slices of bread |

Egg, beaten |

Mayonaise |
Toast the two slices of bread. While the bread is toasting, cook the egg on a hot, greased skillet or griddle. Salt and
pepper the egg as it is cooking.
When the toast is done, spread the mayonaise on both slices and place the cooked egg between the two slices of bread.

Depending on how adventurous you are, you can try to shape the egg into a square as it cooks so that it will fit perfectly on
the bread. Otherwise, just bend the excess egg under so that it does not hang out of the sandwich. |
