Tropical Fruit Salad
This fruit salad is not only tasty but low fat and easy to make. Enjoy.
Makes 5 to 6 Servings

15
oz. can peaches in juice, sliced or diced and drained well |
| 1 |
8
oz. can pineapple, sliced or in chunks and drained well |
| 1 |
8 oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained well |
| 1 cup |
shredded
coconut
(I use Mounds) |
| 1 |

oz. jar yogurt, vanilla, coconut cream, or your favorite flavor |

Grapes (I use red for the color)

Cut peach slices in half if desired. Cut
pineapple slices in fourths if desired. Mix
all ingredients together and serve chilled.
