Lemon Grilled Chicken
Makes 2 Servings

4 oz. chicken breast portions |

Lemon juice |
| 2 tsp. |
Butter, melted |

Paprika |

Pepper |
Soak chicken for 2 hours in lemon juice. Spread butter over chicken. Season with paprika and pepper and grill for 20
minutes, or until done. Flip the chicken every five minutes to cook evenly.
