Sweet Potato CasseroleMakes 12 Servings
Preheat the oven to 375º. Mix the butter, brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, and cinnamon in a medium to large mixing bowl. Drain both cans of sweet potatoes. Pour one can into a 2 quart pyrex bowl, and spread evenly. Add 1/2 of the crumb mixture to the potatoes. Pour the rest of the potatoes in the bowl, and spread evenly. Top with 1 cup or more of fresh cranberries and the remaining crumb mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until berries are done. Top with marshmellows and broil until golden brown. Tips
