Programmer Analyst (Temporary Position)

• Created a Dynamically Linked Library (DLL) to run the heart of the SMART TS online software, making result processing almost instantaneous.

• Created a Visual Basic program to work with the SMART TS parser program.

• Updated the ASP pages to include various software enhancements and to call the DLL.

Webmaster (Volunteer)

• Created new look for church website, using Cascading Style Sheets and Macromedia Flash.
• Developed dynamic content for random proverb (ASP, MS Access) and events calendar (ASP, JavaScript).
• Maintain events and new content as it is provided.

• Automated multiple paper forms (ASP, MS Access) and developed and implemented an online routing/approval system (LDAP) that reduced the process time from weeks/months to l-5 days for the majority of applications.
• Created internal online technical paper submission and review process (ASP, MS Access), eliminating both international and domestic travel.
• Began software for internal software licensing audits (VB 6.0, SMS, SQL Server).
• Contributed to an ongoing project by developing scripts in PL/SQL that interacted with an Oracle database.
• Revised and strengthened the Self-Assessment Process for Motorola Standards of Internal Control & TL9000, promoting awareness of the standards and improving compliance ratings by 40% within a year.  

• Developed a survey application and resulting data analysis application (VB 5.0) that shortened the survey cycle time.
• Trained end users for both survey applications, which allowed the Center to meet its workshop deadline.

•  Taught multi-level tables in a programming class that helped students develop programming skills.
• Maintained the website for a networking class, which allowed students faster access to class information and test grades.

• Constructed interactive applications for the Dallas Intranet site, aligning the website to the new corporate standard and increasing its functionality.

• INFO 639 Corporation:  Led and organized 50 people for the class project, by creating a team of leaders in the areas of Marketing, IT, and Documentation.
• Object Oriented Programming:  Created objects in Visual Basic 5.0 to be used by other groups in the class.  Together the class formed a working system using all objects.
• Systems Analysis:  Analyzed existing processes and created a new system (PowerBuilder, MS Access). Constructed Entity Relationship Diagram and full project documentation.

• Northwest Bible Church (Fort Worth): Women’s Board 2001 – 2003. Active Member from 2000 - 2003.

• Big Brothers Big Sisters (2000 – 2001): Mentor through Motorola program.
